The Southwark Local Access Partnership (LAP) programme is dedicated to empowering social purpose organisations led by individuals from under-represented groups, helping them generate a meaningful social impact throughout our borough. 

LAP now provides complimentary support, training, and grants aimed at aiding social purpose organisations that want to expand and reinforce their long-term viability. The next round of programmes is set to launch in Summer 2026.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants need to meet all the following criteria:

  • Operate primarily or be based in Southwark
  • Be a social enterprise or a trading charity
  • Demonstrate social or environmental outcomes through your activities
  • Have ambitions to scale up your organisation
  • Led by individuals from under-represented backgrounds
  • Maintain a minimum turnover of £30,000
